I find it necessary
to have three.
Under normal circumstances
I choose no sugary foods,
limited flour, preferably dark,
virtually no chips or fried food,
using an online program
to stay between 1200 and
1600 calories, breakfast
virtually the same daily.
When traveling airlines
and stops control, days can last
and last and last. Those days
I choose wisely and do the best
I can. The third food plan?

in the fellowship works fine,
the only stipulation being
eating the same meal with
different people is verboten!
