So Transformational

The change in our physical bodies

is obvious when we pass around

the pictures dated before

we found the fellowship.

Not so clearly seen is the prevalence

of smiles on our faces, decrease

of worry wrinkles across foreheads,
the strained relationships at home and work.

Least obvious is the cessation
of roiling digestive systems,
replaced with serenity, peace,
a joie de vivre never known before.
