Guilt Riddance

The surprising news for many of us is that every unloving encounter with someone else is an opportunity to deal with guilt. What this means is that we see ourselves in others. Always. ~ Karen Casey
"Every unloving encounter."
Cleaned up description, it is.
Temper tantrum, peevishness,
petulance, passive aggressiveness...
resentment, old hurt, jealousy.
I see it in you instantly
for I know it well,
having fought my demon
of the same vein every day
of my life.
