Yes, shes mine,
but shes not me.
I know who she is
I know what she is
but I'm not her.
For my part in forming her,
leading her, teaching her,
supporting her
I stand ready to make amends
but who she is
is none of my business,
not my doing
and while I may cringe
at what she's done,
who she is,
she's not me
and I'm not her.
