Yet strong points make vulnerable targets
when we find hurtful people, users, abusers
and love them, want to bring good,
to comfort the miserable, to sooth beasts.
Love hurts, can subjugate the host
to hate. But love conquers, survives,
when we understand what's beyond our reach
and what is not.
